Government funds are now replenished so NOW the USDA can offer a home buyer 100% financing based on income levels and location of the property. It must be a primary residence and located in a rural designated county. In my area of the Colorado Front Range, the counties that qualify are Clear Creek County and Gilpin County.
These 100% loans come with NO Private Mortgage Insurance and interest rates that make home ownership very affordable
